Provo Wedding 360° Photo Booth Rental

A slow-motion 360 booth for the reception. An attendant stays with the platform, the overlay carries your names, and guests leave with a clip they can send before the send-off.

The reception

Why couples in Provo add a 360 booth

A Provo reception already has the long table, the family from out of town, and a dance floor that wakes up after dinner. The 360 booth is where that energy goes between songs. A camera arm circles the platform in slow motion. Up to five guests step on for each spin, and every group walks away with a video of their own.

Couples book it because posed portraits cannot hold the whole room. The booth can. Friends who will not stand still for a photographer will wait in this line, especially once the first clip starts making the rounds. It is built for Utah County weddings: an attendant who keeps the line kind, and a moment people still pull up on their phones the next morning.

If the party is north of Provo, the Orem, Lehi, and American Fork wedding page covers those rooms. If you want still photos instead of slow motion, look at the digital photo booth. Or start from the homepage and tell us the date.

With the booking

What's included

  • ✓An attendant for the whole rental, from the first guest to the last spin.
  • ✓A custom video overlay with your names, the date, and your wedding colors.
  • ✓Instant sharing by AirDrop, text, or QR code while the reception is still going.
  • ✓A full gallery of every clip for the couple afterward.
  • ✓Setup and teardown. We arrive before guests and leave the floor clear. Setup time is not part of your rental hours.
  • ✓Props chosen for the wedding, plus the bubble machine and red carpet that come with the 360 booth.

The attendant is the difference at a reception. They coach the pose, watch the train of a dress near the arm, and keep a parent from getting skipped. You stay on the floor.

Rooms we know

Provo and Utah County venues we serve

Utah County is home base. If the reception is in the county, send the venue name with your date. We will tell you whether the room can hold the platform.

Reception centers, barns, gardens, canyon venues

Provo halls along Center Street and University Avenue, garden ceremonies that move inside for the party, and barns south of the city all work when there is a clear patch of floor off the buffet. Provo Canyon and Sundance-area venues are a question of access and timing. Inquire with the venue name and we will confirm it before you hold the date. This is Utah County travel, talked through one room at a time.

Space and power needs

Plan for a clear area roughly 10×10 ft so the arm can turn without clipping a chair. We also look at ceiling height. A standard wall outlet is usually enough. Tell us about the room, or send a photo of the corner you have in mind, and we will confirm power and layout when you inquire.

What to tell the venue

Coordinators mostly need three things: when we load in, where the platform sits, and that an attendant stays with it. We arrive early so the head table is not waiting on cables. If the venue has a preferred load-in door, put that in the note with your date.

The process

How booking works

01

Send the date and venue

Use the quote form. A name, a phone number, the reception date, and where in Utah County you are celebrating is enough to start.

02

We check the room

We reply the same day, usually within a few hours, and confirm the footprint, power, and overlay details with you.

03

You hold the date

May through October weekends go first. Once you are ready, we lock the date and note the colors and names for the overlay.

04

We show up and run it

Setup is done before guests arrive. An attendant stays for the rental. Every group leaves with a video, and you get the full gallery after.

Quick answers

FAQs

How much space does the 360 booth need at a reception?

Plan for a clear area roughly 10×10 ft, and confirm it with us when you inquire.

Do guests get their videos right away?

Yes. Guests can take the clip by AirDrop, text, or QR code, and the couple gets every clip afterward.

Can the video overlay match our wedding colors and names?

Yes. Tell us the names, the date, and the colors when you inquire.

Do you travel to Provo Canyon or Sundance-area venues?

Send the venue with your inquiry. We confirm access and timing for Provo Canyon and Sundance-area rooms before you book.

How far ahead should we book?

May through October weekends fill fast, so inquire early. A date a few months out is easier to hold than a date a few weeks out.

What does it cost?

Packages depend on hours and add-ons. Send your date for a quote.

Tell us your date and venue. We reply the same day.
