Holiday booth options

The 360 booth is the hosted one. An attendant stays for the rental, guests step onto the platform, and a slow-motion clip goes out by AirDrop, text, or QR code. It is the right pick when the party should have a line and a little theater: bubble machine, red carpet, and someone keeping kids and dress shoes clear of the arm.

The digital booth is the quiet station. We set it up and we take it down. There is no attendant during the event. Guests tap the screen and send still photos themselves. It fits a lobby, a check-in table, or a family party where you do not need a host on the floor. Backdrop and a props table can be added. Ask which you want when you hold the date.

Not sure which one belongs at a branded party? The Salt Lake corporate page compares them for company events. The digital rental page spells out the self-serve model. The homepage shows both booths if you are still deciding.

Festive overlays and props

Holiday parties should not inherit leftover wedding signs. For a 360 booking we build an overlay for that night: a company name, a family name, or a short holiday line, in colors that match the invitation instead of a generic red frame.

Props are chosen for the party. Think winter metallics, something warm enough for a family photo, and pieces that still make sense if the guest list is a sales team in nice sweaters. Tell us whether the room is a client party, a ward party, or a house full of cousins. We pack for that, not for a costume trunk.

The digital booth can take a backdrop and a curated props table as add-ons. Name them when you inquire. We will confirm what fits the room.

The nights people mean

Company parties, ward parties, and New Year's Eve

Company and client parties

These are the December Fridays when the office finally stands in the same room. A hosted 360 booth gives people who do not dance something to do, and the overlay keeps your name on the clip they text. If the party is a brand event with a logo and a certificate of insurance for the venue, start with the corporate page and mention the holiday date.

Ward, neighborhood, and family parties

Cultural halls, neighborhood centers, and houses with the couches pushed back are a Utah December classic. Families want grandparents in the clip, not a booth that only works for a crowd of twenty-somethings. The attendant on the 360 booth helps with that. If you would rather guests run it themselves, the digital booth is the self-serve option.

New Year's Eve

Yes, we book New Year's Eve in Utah County and Salt Lake County. The night is short, loud, and gone if you wait until mid-December to ask. Send the start time and when you want us packed up. We will tell you whether that date is still open.

Utah County and Salt Lake County

Cities we serve

Holiday bookings stay inside the counties we already cover: Utah County and Salt Lake County. The notes below are about the party, not a copy of our wedding pages.

Provo

Campus-adjacent staff parties and downtown company nights usually want the booth near the food, off the program. Ward Christmas parties in Provo often share a cultural hall with folding tables, so we plan the 10×10 ft pad before the tree goes up.

Orem

Orem holiday bookings skew toward office gatherings and family nights, not a seated wedding reception. Gyms and meetinghouses have the floor space. Tell us if kids will outnumber adults so we know whether you want an attendant on the platform.

Lehi

Lehi's December calendar is full of Silicon Slopes office parties: early Fridays, client gifts, a room that has to turn back into a workplace on Monday. Those brand-heavy nights are a better read on the corporate photo booth page. Family parties in Lehi can stay right here.

American Fork

American Fork holiday nights are often smaller: a neighborhood party, a family dinner that grew, a church building with a tighter stage. Say if we are walking into a house, a hall, or a gym. Footprint is the whole conversation.

Salt Lake County

Salt Lake holiday parties lean hotel ballroom and client lounge. That is a different load-in than a Provo cultural hall, and it is the kind of night Michael G. wrote about below. Branded overlays and a certificate of insurance are covered on the corporate page.

The rest of both counties

Pleasant Grove, Lindon, Springville, Spanish Fork, Murray, Sandy, Draper, and the other cities in Utah County and Salt Lake County are in the same service area. Send the city with the date. We do not need a separate page to say yes or to ask about the room.

FAQs

Which December dates are still open?

We do not post a live calendar here. Send the night you want and we will tell you if it is still open. December weekends are the first to go.

Can you do holiday-themed overlays?

Yes. The 360 video can carry a company name, a family name, or a holiday line, and we choose props to match the party.

Is the booth suitable for kids and families?

Yes. On the 360 booth an attendant is there the whole time and can help kids on and off the platform. The digital booth is self-serve: we set it up and take it down, and there is no attendant during the event, so a parent stays with small children while they use it.

Do you do New Year's Eve?

Yes. New Year's Eve parties in Utah County and Salt Lake County are on the calendar. Inquire early. That night books up.

How long should we book?

Tell us when guests arrive and when you want the booth packed up. A cocktail hour and a party that runs past midnight are different bookings. We will recommend a length when you inquire.

How do we get a quote?

Use the quote form or call (385) 352-0274. Tell us the date, the city, and whether you want the 360 booth, the digital booth, or help choosing. We reply the same day.

Send the date before the weekend is gone. We reply the same day.
