Corporate Photo Booth Rental in Salt Lake City

Branded 360 video and a self-serve digital booth for company parties, conferences, and launches across Salt Lake County. The overlay looks like your brand. The booth does not look like an afterthought.

Booths built for brands

A company event does not need a generic prop box. It needs a clip people will post with your name still on it. We build a branded overlay for the 360 videos: your logo, a short intro and outro, and the hashtag you actually want used.

Send the brand kit when you inquire. Colors, logo file, and the line you want on screen are enough for us to mock the frame before the event. Guests still get the slow-motion spin. Your team still gets a gallery that looks like it came from the company, not from a rental catalog.

Salt Lake County and Utah County are the service area. Start from the homepage if you are still choosing a date, or go straight to the quote form once the venue is booked.

Event types

Holiday and company parties

Client parties and staff parties are the nights a booth earns its keep. People who spent the year in meetings will wait in line for a slow-motion clip. December books early. The Utah County holiday page is written for those dates, including parties that land in Salt Lake County.

Conferences and trade shows

A booth at a Salt Lake conference gives attendees something to do between sessions and gives you clips with your mark on them. Tell us the booth number, the aisle rules, and whether the hall allows the arm to turn. Downtown hotels and the Salt Palace are both in range.

Product launches and activations

Launches want a crowd that stays. A 360 spin does that when someone is there to run it. A digital booth does it when you want guests to tap, shoot, and keep moving through a lobby. Say which behavior you need and we will point you at the right setup.

Pick the room, then the booth

360 video booth vs. digital photo booth

They are different tools. One is a hosted show. The other is a station guests run themselves. Tell us the event and we will recommend one when we reply.

360° video booth

Slow-motion video, up to five guests a spin, an attendant for the whole rental, plus props, a bubble machine, and a red carpet. Best when the booth should be the moment people talk about on Monday.

Digital photo booth

Still photos on a touchscreen. We set the booth up and take it down. There is no attendant during the event, so guests tap, pose, and send photos by AirDrop or text on their own. Backdrop and a props table are add-ons you can ask about.

Logistics for venues

Venue managers ask the same three questions. Here they are, without a scavenger hunt.

  • ✓Certificate of Insurance available on request. Ask when you inquire and we will send it to the venue contact you name.
  • ✓Load-in is before guest time. Setup is not counted against the hours the booth is running.
  • ✓The 360 booth wants a clear area roughly 10×10 ft and a look at ceiling height. The digital booth is more compact.
  • ✓A standard outlet is usually enough. We confirm power with you before the date is locked.

If the event is a wedding reception in Salt Lake rather than a brand event, the Salt Lake 360 rental page is the closer fit.

How many guests can the booth handle per hour?
